SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are prepared and dispatched from London, United Kingdom.

Processing Times
Ready-to-ship pieces are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order, bespoke and commissioned pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

UK & International Shipping
We ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping options and costs are calculated according to the destination, size and value of the order.

Where appropriate, higher-value pieces will be sent using a tracked and/or insured service.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier and customs processing. Maria Cuji London cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order has been dispatched.
