RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We hope you are happy with your Maria Cuji London piece. If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact info@mariacujilondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by email. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Handmade pieces

Our pieces are made and finished by hand. Variations in colour, texture, botanical markings, form and handmade finishes are inherent to the making process and are not considered defects. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces

Made-to-order, personalised, altered or bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Damages or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.
